Celebrations Party & Rentals is pleased to offer event layouts for your indoor or outdoor event.  For a fee we will measure the available space and produce a drawing best suited to your needs. This will give you peace of mind, knowing your layout ahead of time, therefore being able to plan with ease. Delivery & Pick-up Services
Celebrations Party & Rentals staff is ready to deliver and pick up your items. Our transport staff is available to pick up or deliver your order before or after hours if needed.

Waiter and Bartender Services
You’ve put a lot of time and work into getting ready for your big day. Relax, and enjoy your event! You can hire our experienced staff to serve, keep buffet tables clean, cut and serve cake, and serve beverages. We also have bartenders ready to help you.

Balloon Décor
Create a festive and colorful setting for your next special occasion with professional balloon décor services. From a casual outdoor setting to a formal elegant wedding or quinceanera, the visual impact that balloons create will stay on the minds of your guests long after the event is over. We also offer balloon delivery service.

Set up and Break-Down Services that give you Peace of Mind
If you have limited staff or no staff at all we can help. For a per contract fee, our experienced staff can set up tables, chairs, linens, table settings, and other equipment. Our staff is also available to pack up your rental items. We can help you meet the demanding time lines associated with rental facilities.

Consulting and Planning Services
From planning to day of event, Celebrations Party & Rentals experienced staff is here to provide you with full event services. We regularly work with brides, caterers, wedding and event planners as well as company representatives to ensure a successful event. The fee for this service will depend on the size and scope of your event.
